Bodega Palanque

Since 1995, the Bodega Palanque has been managed organically, and it became a certified organic company in 1997.

The Monastrell and Tempranillo grapes grow to ripeness in a healty mountain climate, on the outskirts of the Sierra Maria Natural Preserve, without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. They are harvested carefully by hand in late August; the selection of the grapes takes place directly in the vineyard itself.

The wine is then stored in french oak barrels, in which the wine matures for at least one year to develop its full-bodied and fruity flavour.

The Bodega has a limited capacity of 5,000 bottles.
